  1. Dangerous work near the manipulator.
  2. Work at height, without fall protection.
  3. Work on the last step of the double ladder.
  4. Work in an endangered area.
  5. Missing PPE.
  6. Do you see any other mistakes?

So many violations at one time and completely unnecessary risk to lives and health!

The surface of the stairs is so monotonous that the individual stairs can be very easily overlooked! This can easily lead to a fall and injury!

The edges of the stairs must always be clearly distinguishable!

Men are tying a wooden load of a railway wagon. At the same time, they move on wooden logs without fall protection. They climbed the car like spiders, without a ladder.

One wrong step and it could be a fatal work accident!

The risk of falling from a height must always be reduced!
